Lesson 2 - Imagine
Review the criteria, constraints, materials, and tools listed on your design brief. Using the map, draw the scenario listed in the problem and create a list of possible solutions.
Lesson 3 - Design
Use the materials provided to build a system that will protect the water quality in the York River.
Lesson 4 - Evaluate and Improve
Students will spend 25 minutes evaluating and improving their designs. When time is up, students will complete a self-evaluation.
Lesson 5 - Share
Each group will present an oral presentation to the class.
